At Don’s Pump Service, our story begins in 1971, when my father, Don Klapperich, founded the company in Rapid City, South Dakota. With a passion for serving our community and a dedication to providing reliable water solutions, Don built the foundation of our business from the ground up. For the past 38 years, I, Dave Klapperich, have proudly followed in my father's footsteps, working full-time to uphold the values of quality service and customer satisfaction that have defined our company since its inception. Now, as a third-generation employee, my son Kaden Klapperich continues the legacy, bringing fresh perspective and a commitment to excellence to our team. With each passing year, our family-owned business continues to thrive, driven by a shared commitment to integrity, professionalism, and exceeding the expectations of our valued customers.
